振 动
轴承振动意指随时间而变化的轴承部件的弹性变形和偏离理论位置的所有其他移动(但因轴承功能需要的移动除外)。它有两种方式:加速度(dB)和速度(um/s)。振动加速度是按:Z,Z1,Z2和Z3值来分析的。Z级是基础,Z,Z1,Z2和Z3分别表示从低到高的振动水平。同样,按V,V1,V2和V3来分析振动速度,并且分别表示从低到高的振动水平,详细情况参照下列2表。一般地,速度分析优于加速度分析,因为前者更能反映轴承的制造水平和轴承的内在质量。
